Kidney diseases
Kidney diseases are widespread, and occur in 7-10% of the adult population. More common among the kidney diseases are:

• cystitis;
• acute and chronic pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis;
• urolithic disease, nephrotic syndrome with the development of renal hypertension.

For the children glomerulonephritis occupied an important place, in connection with severe disease process, and the possible formation of the chronic renal failure (CRF).

The tasks of rehabilitation treatment of patients included clinical and laboratory completeness, biochemical and immunological methods of investigation, verification of the diagnosis, strict individualization of the therapeutic interventions.
Urinary tract infections are evolving under the action of pathogenic bacteria, that infect the bladder, urethra (cystitis, urethritis).

In this case patients complain of burning sensation during urination, frequent urination, back pain, fever, general weakness. In the absence of timely treatment, the infection spreads with upward type to the kidney, nephtitis may develop.

Other causes of inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract (UT) are: the toxic effect of certain medications (antibiotics, sulfonilamids, corticosteroids, contraceptives), abnormal development of kidneys, kidney injury and the UT (e.g. post-partum).  Adenoma, prostate cancer, bladder stones, urethral narrowing, etc., predisposes to chronic cystitis for men.
For non-specific inflammatory process chronic pyelonephritis are attributed, for which  renal pelvis, calyx, parenchyma are affected. Women suffer twice as often as men, especially at a young age, during pregnancy.

Predisposed factors are: fatigue, hypovitaminosis, diabetes, hypothermia, impaired peripheral circulation, liver disease, chronic foci of infection of other organs.
There are five main forms of pyelonephritis (by Burchinskom):

1) latent;
2) recurrent;
3) hypertension (hypertensive syndrome);
4) anemic;
5) azotemic.
In the course of latent form claims may be absent; in other cases, there is a back pain, weakness, fever, bacteriuria (85% of cases), Pyuria.
Diffuse glomerulonephritis – it is immunocomplex kidney disease, mainly affecting the glomerular vessels of the nephron.

The cause of the disease may include:
1) bacterial infection (streptococcus, staphylococcus, pneumococcus) in children may develop glomerumerifrit recovering from scarlatina (3 to 70% of cases);

2) viral infection;

3) drug allergens (sulfonilamides, penicillin);

4) vaccines, serums;

5) skin disorders (pemphigus, scabies, eczema, impetigo);

6) food allergens;

7) hypothermia, fatigue, psycho-emotional stress;

8) gestosis of pregnant, etc.
In the pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis, the most widespread is immunocomplex theory - as a result of deposition in the glomeruli of circulating immune complexes (antibody-antigen); their accumulation.

In response, auto-antibodies are produced that have a damaging effect on the kidney tissue. Clinically shows as nephrotic (edema) syndrome, fever, back pain, decrease in appetite, decrease in frequency of urination, hematuria, urinary sediment changes.
Urolithiasis (ICD) – is a disease, associated with the formation of kidney stones in parephali, pelvis, bladder, formed from the parts of urine. The causes can be divided into the 2 groups:

Exterior:

1) The peculiarities of food and water regime (high intake of animal protein);
2) the climatic;
3) the geochemical;
Internal:

1) violation of the mineral and salt metabolism;
2) malformations of the urinary tract (kidney duplication, omission, horseshoe, hypoplastic kidney, abnormal narrow urethra);
3) renal polycystosis;
4) The damage of the function of the parathyroid glands.

When ICD patients complained of paroxysmal pain in the lumbar region, radiating to the course of the ureter in the groin, the appearance of blood in the urine (hematuria, fever, blood pressure).

Treatment and statistics

The medical center of G.S. Avakyan for 1999-2005 y.y. observed 465 patients with various diseases of kidneys and urinary tracts.

Of these, 270 were men, 195 were women, aged from 25 to 53 years. Disease duration was from 2 to 10 years. Patients were examined in terms from 3 months to 2 years, from the start of the combined treatment.

According to the structure of the disease patients were distributed as follows:

1) chronic cystitis, urethritis - 41 patients;
2) chronic pyelonephritis - 46 patients;
3) kidney stones - 21 patients;
4) chronic hypertensive with glomeruonefrit syndrome - 19 patients;
5) The polycystic kidney disease - 10 patients;
6) renal tumors (benign) - 9 patients;
7) abnormal development: the doubling of the kidney - 3 horseshoe kidney - 2; omission - 4.

Depending on the cause of the disease emerged, complete examination of the patient, limitations of the process, the patient's age, his diet, the presence of comorbidity combination of drugs and herbal teas, their dose has been changed. A full course of treatment was 2 years.

Evaluation of the results was carried out independently by patients with help of specific questionnaires, and by blood tests, urine tests (counting of leukocytes, red blood cells, pH, urinary sediment, proteins), ultrasound of the kidneys and bladder, urography before and after treatment. The evaluation was conducted in the dynamics (after 3, 6, 12 and 24 months).

After processing of statistical data the results were as follows:

• 1 month since the beginning of drug treatment, in 65% the pain stopped in the kidneys and bladder;
• in 52% - decreased urge to urinate frequently;
• in 47% - reduced swelling of the face;
• in 74% - improved general condition, appetite arise;
• 36% of patients referred to the removal of small and medium-sized stones, which was confirmed by ultrasound. In the urine we have 2.5-fold decrease of white blood cells, 2.4 times - red cells, 5.7 times - oxalate in urine sediment.

In any of the cases allergic reactions, side effects or intolerance were not observed.
Contraindications to receive herbal teas: idiosyncrasy of medicinal herbs.

The mechanism of action of the BAA "Bionormalin"

From the medicinal plants by the phytomicrosphericity method an active ingredients were ilsolated (lecithin, unsaturated fatty acids, amino acids, neurotransmitters, vitamins E, A, B1, B2, B6, PP, C, biologically active plant-iodine, trace elements Mg, K, Ca, Cu, Re, Se, P).

The main properties of these biologically active substances are:

1) The regulation of all types of metabolism (fat, carbohydrate, protein, water and salt);

2) anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antiseptic action;

3) a diuretic effect;

4) anti-sclerotic and cardioprotective effect through inhibition LPNP oxidation;

5) The antitumor effect;

6) improvement of the rheological properties of the blood and the increase of peripheral blood circulation;

7) immunocorrecting action, aimed at the non-specific body defense.
