Diseases of the heart and the musculoskeletal system
Over the 3 million of the Ukrainians are suffering from various diseases of the locomotor system. Nearly 250 thousand people are limited in active movements, reduced the capacity for work and almost 100 thousand of them - are the invalids.
The defeat of the musculoskeletal system is a hot topic in medicine and includes a variety of forms:
• rheumatoid arthritis;
• metabolic arthritis (including arthritic);
• deforming arthrosis;
• osteoarthritis;
• Osteoporosis and chondromatosis;
• diffuse connective tissue disease (systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, systemic scleroderma, dermatomyositis, etc.);
• infectious arthritis.
The bone for 2/3 is composed of mineral salts, 1/3 of bone cells and collagen fibers. Minerals make bones hard, and mesh of the collagen fibers gives them flexibility and the strength. In humans, there are over 600 muscles.
With the help of tendons the muscles attached to bones and are strung low elastic bundles of fibers that slide in the loose shell.
During the sedentary way of life the muscles weaken, the ligaments are shortened, limited range of motion in joints. Throughout human life bone are constantly rearranged: breaks down and removes old bone substance, formed a new one.
After 40 - 45 years decreased the secretion of sexual hormones, destruction processes dominate over the processes of recovery. In the bone tissue mineral deficiency increases, which gives her the strength and hardness (Ca, Mg, P), and increased risk of fractures. Lack of reproductive hormones - are not the only cause of diseases osteomuscular system.
Receiving appointed steroids in diseases of the joints, excess of thyroxine, the thyroid gland produced or comes to human organism in the form of the drug, excessive intake of vitamin D - all of these changes may contribute to development of the diseases of the bones and joints.
Osteoporosis - a systemic disease of the skeleton with a decrease in bone mass and micro-structural damage of bone tissue, accompanied by the fragility and bone fractures. Every third woman in Ukraine over 65 years increases the risk of bone fractures for 39.7%, men - by 13,1%.
Contributing factors also include:
• age, female gender;
• Low mobility (obesity) and low physical activity for muscle;
• Excessive physical load;
• long-term and minor by force injuries ;
• incorrect and unbalanced composition of food, overeating;
• violations of the peripheral blood circulation (micro-and macroangiopathy);
• atherosclerosis of the vessels;
• genetic predisposition.
Another pathology, which is studied at the center of academic Avakyan, is osteoarthrosis - the most common form of joint damage and disability main reason, causing the deterioration of quality of life and significant financial costs, especially for the elderly people.
In our view, osteoarthrosis is the result of active processes, many of which are by the nature can be more reparative, than destructive. During the osteoarthrosis the cartilage (softening and loosening), subchondral bone, and soft tissue are changing.
Changes in the soft tissues include chronic synovitis and thickening of the joint capsule.
There are changes in periarticular tissues - bursitis, tendonitis. These phenomena are probably secondary, but playing a major role in the development of symptoms and development of the disability.
Rheumatism - is a toxic-immune disease, characterized by a systematic affect of the connective tissue. The main role in the occurrence of the rheumatism is given to hemolytic streptococcus of group A.
Affects the cardiovascular system (reumomiocardit, heart defects), joints, pleura, central nervous system, kidneys, liver, skin, eyes, etc. The disease usually begins 1-2 weeks after previous infection (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngo-pharyngitis). Then comes the asymptomatic period, which develops severe clinical disease. So, with the defeat of the heart marked pain or heaviness in the heart area weakness, shortness of breath, cardiac arrhythmia, tachycardia, later joined by the volatile pain in large joints, limitation the scale of motion, swelling and redness of the skin over the joint.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease associated with inflammation of the connective tissue (primarily in the joints). This form of arthritis is more common for women than for men and affects people between the ages of 20 to 50 years.
For the onset of the disease it is characterized by general fatigue, especially in the morning, fatigue, stiffness and soreness. These symptoms appear suddenly. More often several at once affected the large joints, which eventually lost mobility and rough strain arise.
In addition, along with changes in the joints, the eyes are affected, the system of blood (anemia). Characteristic are the periods of exacerbation and remission. In the process involves the immune system when there is allergy autoantibodies that attack their own joints and tissues (autoallergy).
So far there is little effective treatment for RA. In addition to pharmacological agents in the treatment regimen and rehabilitation has to receive herbal remedies, dietary supplements, food correction, relaxation, compliance with good posture, physiotherapy, exercises with physical therapy and massage.
Deforming arthritis - a disease of the joints, resulting from exchange noninflammatory degenerative changes in the menopause.
Podagric arthritis - refers to the group of degenerative, non-infectious arthritis, associated with the violation of purine metabolism and accumulation in the body of excess product of protein metabolism - uric acid. At higher levels of uric acid in the body of its content in joint fluid increases and after reaching a certain concentration begin to precipitate crystals of its salts.
Males are more often sick with podagra. Clinically, the disease appears bouts of acute pain occurring in the joints of the big toe, with an increase in local temperature, swelling and redness of the skin over the joint.
Following factors contribute to the development of podagra: overweight, meat spicy food, viral infection, trauma, medications (nicotinic acid, large doses of vitamin A). In addition to primary podagra there is a secondary, which occurs as a result of various diseases (psoriasis, myeloleukemia, chronic renal failure). Asymptomatic hyperuricemia (increased uric acid in the blood) occurs in 8-14% of the adult population.
Treatment
For more than 16 years academician, doctor of medicine, G.S. Avakyan has been working on the problems of treatment and rehabilitation of patients, suffering from the diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
Academician G.S. Avakyan has developed a unique range of pharmaceutical products and herbal teas for treatment the joint diseases.
The Statistics
In the center of academic Avakyan the results of the treatment of 576 patients were studied. Of these, 309- were men, 267 –were women. The average age was 26, 5 years. The total duration of the disease is from 3 to 9 years.
The main complaints, when you contact the Neurological Center were:
• volatile pain and swelling in the joints - 79% of cases;
• constraint in the morning - 61%;
• sharp deformation of joints - 54%;
• swelling of the affected joints - 28%;
• a general malaise - 84%;
• associated heart damage (pain, dysrhythmia) - 31%.
Depending on the age of the disease, forms and stages, localization of the lesion, an existing complications, combination of drugs and herbal teas, their doses has been changed. A full course of treatment was 2 years.
Assessment of the treatment outcomes was conducted independently by patients with the help of specific questionnaires, and when you visit the clinic - in a study of general and neurological status. The evaluation was conducted in the dynamics (3, 6, 12 and 24 months).
After a full course of combined treatment the results were as follows: after 1 month of treatment in 43% significantly reduced pain in joints, and in 49% - have disappeared redness and swelling of the skin over joints, and in 82% - has disappeared constraint in the mornings, and in 74% - normalization of the existing violations on the part of cardio - vascular system (shortness of breath, arrhythmia, edema of legs).
It should be noted that the patients, who have been healed in the initial stages (articular form of arthritis), were completely restored after one - two courses of combined treatment.
Patients who have damage of the cardiovascular system, associated pathology and length of illness for more than 5 years old, was assigned 3-4 courses of the complex treatment, as confirmed by clinical and laboratory parameters (immuno-ferment analysis, biochemical analysis of blood, ECG).
Contraindications to receive herbal teas: idiosyncrasy of medicinal herbs.
"Bionormalin’s" mechanism of action
From the medicinal plants by phytomicrospherical method active ingredients (lecithin, unsaturated fatty acids, amino acids, neurotransmitters, vitamins E, D, B, B, C, biologically active plant-iodine, trace elements Mg, K, Ca, Cu, Fe) were isolated.
The main properties of these biologically active substances are:
1) The cardioprotective and anti-sclerotic effect - improvement of cerebral and peripheral blood circulation;
2) antioxidant - due to the blockade of free radicals at the cellular level, the normalization of cerebral metabolism, reducing the risk of oxygen starvation of the brain. And, as a result - improved cognitive function, improves memory, concentration, increases resistance to physical and mental stress;
3) anti-inflammatory;
4) regulation of all types of metabolism (fat, carbohydrate, protein, water and salt);
5) immunocorrecting and hepatoprotective action aimed at the non-specific protection of the body;
7) hypourichemical action - binding and excretion of uric acid by the kidneys.
